Common Q+ questions
Open Q+ and sign in with the email and password for your business account. Staff and owners use the same login and see the tools their role allows.
No. Your team runs Q+, so customers do not need to install anything. They can receive their receipt by WhatsApp or email.
Q+ applies the tax rate set up for your business, such as Oman VAT, and creates the linked accounting entries for each sale. The tax does not need to be typed manually.
Open Q+ registration, choose your business type and complete the account setup. Contact support if you need help.
Card payments are handled by a secure payment provider. Email support@qplus.om with your business name and order reference so the Q+ team can review the payment or refund request.
