Privacy Policy

Q+ is a product of Bin Haider Darwish L.L.C. ("BHD", "we", "us"), Muscat, Oman. This policy applies to the Q+ app and qplus.om service.

Who controls your data

When you use Q+ inside a business, such as a cafe or salon, that business is the controller of its customers' data, and BHD processes it on the business's behalf to run the service. For your own staff or owner account, BHD is the controller.

What we collect

• Account information you provide, including name, email, phone number and business details, used to create and secure your account.
• Operational data you enter, including queue tickets, orders, sales, invoices, payments and loyalty activity, used to run the business features you requested.
• Device identifiers such as a push notification token and device ID, used to deliver notifications and keep your session secure.
• Purchase records for sales and subscriptions, used for receipts, accounting and support.

We do not track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell your personal data.

Payments

Card and online payments are processed by our payment providers, such as Paymob. Full card details are entered on the provider's secure page and are never stored by Q+. We keep only the result of a payment, including amount, status and reference, for your receipt and accounting.

How we use information

We use information to provide and secure the app's features, create invoices and receipts, send service messages to you and your customers, provide support, and meet legal and tax obligations in Oman. Service messages can include WhatsApp updates that you choose to receive.

Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run Q+, including hosting, payments and messaging providers, under confidentiality obligations, and when required by law. The business you transact with can see its own records.

Retention

We keep business and accounting records for as long as needed to provide the service and meet Omani legal and tax requirements, then delete or anonymise them.

Your choices and rights

You can access, correct or request deletion of your personal data, and opt out of non-essential messages. Contact us at the address below to exercise a right.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit, access is restricted, and tokens are held in the device secure store. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information.

Children

Q+ is a business tool and is not directed to children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy and will post the new version here with a new date.
