Pick the items, add a discount if you give one, take cash or card and complete the sale. Hold a cart, serve the next person and come back to it later. Q+ stores and calculates rials to three decimal places.

Give each ticket a number and call the next customer with one tap. The wait estimate is the number of customers ahead multiplied by your average service time. The queue has its own owner screen.

Q+ applies the tax rate set up for your business, such as Oman VAT, and creates the linked accounting entries for each sale. A business that is not tax registered posts zero tax.

After a sale, staff can send the customer receipt by WhatsApp or email from the Q+ app. Customers do not need to install anything.

Keep selling when the network drops. The sale is saved on the device and sent to the server when the connection returns.

Open a shift at the start of the day and close it at the end. Q+ works out the expected cash on the server and shows whether the drawer is exact, over or short.

Reward repeat customers with loyalty points.

The owner home shows sales, costs and orders. Reports add VAT, profit and loss, balance sheet, cash flow, expenses, aged receivables and revenue by client.

Staff and owners use the same sign in and see the tools their role allows. The app interface is in English, Arabic, Hindi, Urdu and Bengali.
